Now we're getting to the good stuff, the stuff you can only find by combing through forum threads and strange articles.

In September 2002, Cartoon Network and Subway partnered for a Kids' Pak promotion at restaurants featuring Time Squad toys. The meal consisted of a sandwich, small drink, a cookie and the toy. There were 5 toys in total: Vortex Larry, Otto's Relativity Module, TS Quantum Probe, Scout Port Tuddrussel and an Otto rattle.

There are also rumors of a lost commercial promoting these toys, but nobody has backed up the claim and it may just be mere speculation.
